Unless you design web sites, graphics and logos, or web applications for a living, it would be difficult for you to take your ideas and make them work effectively. It requires knowledgeable people with their finger on the pulse of technology to take your idea to market. With that in mind, the first phase of the process will include discovering the following items:
- What are you objectives? (more sales, more visibility, better image)
- Who are you targeting? (existing clients, new leads/clients, a new demographic)
- What’s the message? (are you pushing a product, a campaign slogan, or making a splash onto the market)
- Who are your competitors and what sets you apart from them? (your longevity in business, your products, exclusivity)
- Are there any special software or platform needs?
Getting answers to these questions will determine the technologies and techniques needed to meet these objectives. This is the single most important phase of the project.
