Methodology

At MCT, we believe this is a very important part of the process. Contracts work two ways: not only do they determine what a potential client is going to be responsible for, but it also states that we are confident that we will deliver what we said we would in a time and budget that has been agreed upon. In this phase we will determine:
  • Flow charts that depict the scope of the project
  • Cost for building the project based on the flow charts
  • Needs lists to provide to client for completion of the project
  • Extraneous costs such as stock photography, hosting, or third party software
  • Timeline of milestones and project completion
  • Ongoing Maintenance Agreements (if needed)

This phase clarifies responsibilities on all fronts and keeps a solid relationship throughout the process. Happy clients refer us to other people; happy designers do a much better job for their clients.
