Nuptial Knick Knacks and Getaframe.com Launch

Nuptial Knick Knacks, a San Antonio based web business specializing in wedding favors and related items launched its new web site in early February, 2007.

With a need for a new shopping engine and marketing plan for the site, Nuptial Knick Knacks hired MarketCenter Technologies, Inc. to create their new online presence.

“There were lots of very intricate features required for this cart”, said Frank Cavazos, Project Manager for this project. “This was way beyond a standard shopping cart”.

Some of the items needed for completing this project included, volume pricing, flexible shipping solutions, out of stock solutions, setting up of vendors, minimum orders with an override as needed, discount codes for certain products, searchable by product name, keyword or ID, dynamic marketing sections on the site, editable message on the shipping section and Search Engine Optimization all the way down to the product level.

Sales have been on the rise since the release of the new site and are expected to continue to grow as the wedding season approaches.

Along with the release of Nuptial Knick Knacks, a redesign for a sister site called Getaframe.com, was also completed. Getaframe.com specializes in selling frames of all types. The two sites were designed with the same look and feel with a unique color scheme for each.
